Deadline for Questions Date: 02/21/2024 Estimated Notification of Award Date: 04/30/2024 The State of Delaware reserves the right to deny any and all exceptions taken to the RFP requirements. A pre-bid meeting has not been established for this Request for Proposal. The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, seeks professional services to provide supplemental proposals to provide heater repair and replacement, and energy conservation services to households in Delaware.. The State reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-conforming proposals. Prices quoted in the proposal shall remain fixed and binding on the bidder at least through 9/30/2027. The State of Delaware reserves the right to ask for an extension of time if needed. The term of the contract between the successful bidder and the State shall be for one (1) year with two (2) optional extensions for a period of one (1) year for each extension. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
