Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Richfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.

Richfield Township is currently seeking bids for the remodel of two adjoining bathrooms and shower areas located in the Richfield Township Campground. 1. Remove existing tile in shower areas. 2. Remove and replace any damage to walls or other areas. 3. Remove and replace all areas exhibiting signs of mold. Take any and all steps necessary for mold removal/clean with proper disposal of material removed. 4. Install new 12"x24" tiles on showers to height of ceiling. 5. Place tile on walls to extend to a minimum height of 48" inches from floor. 6. Install cobblestone tile on floor with proper drainage. 7. Remove existing vinyl base molding from all bathroom walls. 8. Install bull nose tile on base of walls in both bathrooms. 9. Remove and repair all damaged drywall and wood on outer wall of men's shower room. 10. Seal and caulk all areas of the bathroom as necessary. 11. Completely treat entire building for mold. 12. Total cleanup of work area. 13. All work to be completed by 3/30/2024. A 10% reduction will be assessed every seven days for work not completed by that date. 14.
