Bid came in over budget may rebid at a later date. No timeline available at this tim. Summary of Work The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Holly Court: Exterior renovations of four two-story buildings including painting, new steel stairs, new covered entry, new siding, new security doors, and new roofing. 2. Davis Park: Exterior renovations of fourteen one-story buildings including painting, new covered entrances, vinyl handrails, and new security doors. Prime bidders not tendering a bonafide bid will be refunded half of their bid deposit amount upon return of the bidding documents. No refunds will be issued for bidding documents received after the 14-day period. All bid deposit checks or drafts shall be made payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC. Prior to the opening of the envelope, the names of all contractors listed shall be read aloud and incorporated into the bid.
