Submission of the Entire Contract Book is Not Required. Guarantee Will Be Required With Each Bid as Follows: at Least 5% of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), Shall Be Filed in the Form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Bay Minette Municipal Airport Authority. Contract Bond Will Be Required as Follows: 100% of the Contract Price. Labor and Materials Bond Will Be Required as Follows: 100% of the Contract Price. No Bids Will Be Considered Unless the Bidder, Whether Resident or Non-resident of Alabama, is Properly Qualified With the State of Alabama. All Prospective Bidders Are Urged to Attend. Major Items of Work Include a Seal Coat of the Northwest Apron and Associated Taxilanes at the Bay Minette Municipal Airport. Liquidated Damages for this project shall be $500.00 per Calendar Day. A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of zero percent (0 %) has been established for this project, however, DBE utilization is encouraged. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Informalities in the Bidding.
