The Project has an expected duration of: Base Bid (Country White Lane 8" Water Main Project) - Substantial Completion = 90 days plus 30 days for final acceptance. Alternate Bid No. 1 (Botanical Garden Cafe and Eatery) - Base Bid duration plus 30 days for substantial completion (if selected). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five (5%) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions Article 6 of the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owner's requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance.
