This application is for Outdoor Location at the New York State Fairgrounds for the 2024 State Fair. This outdoor space is a 4550 square foot concrete pad that measures 65 by 70 feet and is situated at the corner of Chevrolet Court. Additional square footage may be available subject to the approval of the Department. There are public picnic tables in Chevrolet Court, and the selected vendor will be responsible for cleaning some of these tables. This location has access to both water and power. This outdoor location must serve food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. If a tent is needed at this location, the selected vendor must obtain the tent from the Department's approved tent vendor. Rates for this space are based on the current published Concession and Exhibit rate structure and rate zone designation map available electronically. Applications will be reviewed, and selection will be made based on the following criteria and the Department's desire to add to the diversity and entertainment value of the Fair: 1.
