Pavement 4,000 Lft Concrete Curb & Gutter This project is for cold milling & bituminous pavement overlay on various streets (see below) throughout the city, as well as replacement of concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, ramps and drives, as per the project plans and details attached herein. The City's budget for this scope of work is approximately $1,400,000. Once the successful bidder has been selected, based on the bid price, the city intends to increase or decrease planned quantities of select pay items, such that the contract dollar amount is at or slightly below the budget. Construction shall not begin prior to July 8, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Construction shall be completed no later than November 1, 2024. Once construction begins, the Contractor shall complete the project within 90 consecutive calendar days.
