Dorchester County reserves the right to make any changes to this RFQ, or to reject any and all quotes, or parts of any and all quotes or to accept any quote or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the County, or postpone or cancel, at any time, this RFQ, or to re-solicit this RFQ, or to waive any irregularities in this RFQ or in the quotes received as a result to this RFQ.
