1. Replacement of windows in the Tiger Hills Villa Elderly Persons Housing Complex 2. Supply and install windows as listed 3. Contractor responsible for removal and disposal of existing windows 4. All Windows to be Berdick brand windows 5. All windows will be Triple Pane, Low E with Argon, 1 1/2 " PVC white brick mold and custom jamb 6. All bedroom windows will meet egress code 7. Living room windows will come with air conditioning sash panels and also glass panels 8. Measurements estimated. Contractor responsible to confirm measurements 9. Pricing to include all labor, materials and equipment required to complete work of removal, disposal and installation of new windows 10. Pricing must be completed and submitted on attached price submission form.
