The City of Warner Robins Convention and Visitors Bureau is seeking a qualified company to provide portable toilet services for various special events within the City. The selected company will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and removing portable toilets along with the necessary facilities as outlined in this scope of work. Service Requirements: A. 10 (ten) Special Event Toilets B. 2 (two)ADA Compliant Toilets C. 3 (three) Handwashing Stations The selected company must include the cost of delivery and removal of all portable toilets and facilities in the overall price. Delivery and setup are required to be completed the day before each scheduled event, and removal should be conducted the day after the event. All ADA provided toilets must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The service period will include the duration of each special event. The selected company should be prepared to accommodate events with varying durations, and the pricing should reflect this flexibility. Setup of the portable toilets and facilities must be completed in accordance with the event schedule, ensuring that all units are ready for use by the start of the event. A map of the venue will be given to show where portables toilets can be set up at. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker's Compensation 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/2M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/2M/50K 4. Umbrella Liability 5M All questions must be submitted through the City's Electronic bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. All questions will be answered through the City's Electronic bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, February 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive all formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
