The City of Miramar, Florida ("City") is soliciting quotes from qualified Water Treatment Contractors ("Contractor" or "Successful Contractor"), to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for the treatment of air-conditioning cooling towers at the following four (4) facilities on an annual basis: o Wastewater Reclamation Facility, Building "L" @ 13900 Pembroke Rd., Miramar, FL 33027 o City Hall at City of Miramar, 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, FL 33025 o Police Historic Safety Complex, 3500 SW 69th Avenue, Miramar, FL 33023 o City of Miramar Police Headquarters, 11765 City Hall Promenade, Miramar, FL 33025 PROCUREMENT CONTACT: Sally Phanor City of Miramar, Procurement Department 2200 Civic Center Place 2nd Floor Miramar, Florida 33025 Phone: 954-602-3314 or 954-602-3053 Email: sphanor@miramarfl.gov The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with an optional three (3) one-year renewal at the discretion of the City of Miramar. Questions regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQu) shall be made in writing to the Procurement Contact for this solicitation, Sally Phanor via e-mail at: sphanor@miramarfl.gov. Questions are due by Wednesday February 14th, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any formalities or minor irregularities in the Solicitation process, and to award or not award a contract based on this solicitation, as deemed in the best interest of the City.
