The State University of New York at Buffalo, hereafter referred to as the the University is submitting this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for turnover painting services to prepare rooms for new occupancy once they have been vacated. The actual number of rooms, lounges, bathrooms, and hallways to be painted cannot be determined until approximately two weeks after the student vacates. Estimates quantities shown on Attachment A: Pricing Page North Campus, are based upon previous years quantities. The Contractor must show that he or she can provide enough painters to complete the work in the time allowed. The University reserves the right to reject any Bidder/Contractor who does not demonstrate stability sufficient for the scope of this transaction. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a formal written agreement with the University for one (1) year. Work is to commence on or about April 1st, 2024, and be completed in its entirety by August 23, 2024.
