Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000342405 Meadow Brook Hall is interested in carpeting of six different locations within the mansion. This project includes working with Meadow Brook Hall to select the appropriate carpet for each location, completing removal of some existing carpet and pad, wall to wall installation, carpets with bound edges, carpets with borders, runners, and some tack down locations. The scope of the project is outlined in the Attachment A. All work is to be completed by May 1, 2024. If the carpet you are suggesting as part of the bid proposal cannot be ordered and installed by May 1, 2024, then an alternative date for completion would be June 30, 2024. If you can not meet the May 1 deadline, this must be clearly outlined in your bid response.
