Renovation of a transportation facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Fire Protection System Repair located at Fresno AVCRAD, 5168 East Dakota Ave, Fresno, California. Work to include: Contractor to furnish all labor and material to repair and install a new federally compliant fire suppression foam AvioFe Green KHC or equal. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is CPT Hernandez, Andrew, at andrew.hernandez@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant CM Ms. Pogue Melissa at Melissa.pogue@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 Fire Protection Contractor license, or subcontract to one. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The Government Estimate for this project is $446814.35. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to CPT Hernandez, Andrew, at andrew.hernandez@cmd.ca.gov and Ms. Pogue Melissa at Melissa.pogue@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 2/21/2024. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
