Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Working plans call for the construction of a 235,000-square-foot, seven-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Plans call for a new health sciences center for the University of Louisville. As of March 5, 2026, the project is seeking encroachment permit approval. A construction manager has been selected. The owner will be publishing the bidding information, but the construction manager will be handling the bids. Four packages have already been out to bid, and the rest of the packages will be issued in March, May, and June of 2026. Although a firm start date has not been disclosed, construction is expected to be completed in early 2029.
