JL# 68186, 24-186-318-01 A. All work activities under this contract shall be coordinated with the requirements of the Washoe County School District's (WCSD) Facilities Management Department. WCSD shall be contacted prior to any service shutdown and advised when such shutdown shall be commenced. All materials and equipment shall be stored in spaces assigned by WCSD. The Contractor will be required to maintain a neat and orderly operation and to limit or keep noise and nuisance to a minimum. B. WCSD reserves the right to remove any person from the property for the safety and security of the facility All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSDs Solicitations website at via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 4:30 p.m. (Local Time) on February 29, 2024 Scope of Work: Remove existing intrusion detection system. Install a complete and operational intrusion detection system including head-end control panel software, controllers, dialer, power, supplies, batteries, passive infrared motion detectors, magnetic door position contacts, keypads, raceway and associated cabling. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications.
