Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work involves three structures: the Nature Center, Pavilion, and Maintenance Building. Work includes removal and replacement of existing roofing with new standing seam metal roofing, which involves demolition down to the existing sheathing, inspection of the existing sheathing, and replacement of damaged sheathing as required. Replace gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts. Replace soffits, fascia trim boards and siding as required. Relocate trim board at roof to be further away from roof surface. Repair leaks around stone chimney and pillars. Replace loading dock man door, and ADA door opener buttons. Replace clear story windows and fogged glazing. Perform miscellaneous site improvements including replacement of HVAC barrier fence, ADA ramp work, tuckpointing stone wall top course, landscape and weed barrier around buildings.
