Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 06, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project will repair the leaking vertical expansion joints present at the Elmendorf Lake Dam and will remove sediment material from the upstream side of the labyrinth weir structure by installing a phased cofferdam configuration and dewatering a portion of the lake. A bid Alternate for the project will additionally remove 6 butterfly valves from the outfall structures of the dam and replace them with 6 knife gate valves. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for February 25, 2025 at 4:00 PM (CT). The estimated construction budget for this contract is $1,500,000.00. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program - Respondents shall meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan posted with this solicitation on the City's website. The Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan will be determined off of the base bid amount.
