The projects consist of all material and labor to furnish one 40'x88'x16' stand-alone wash bay building, complete with, concrete floor with floor drain and oil and grease separator, spray foam walls and ceilings, 2 - 20'x14' insulated garage doors, installation of infra-red radiant tube heater all electrical including electrical outlets both 120 and 240 hookups, all lighting as well as all panels and breakers needed. The existing Road shop building would include, the removal and disposal of all exterior wall tin and insulation, to be replaced with new exterior wall tin and new insulation. As well as all utilities needed to be disconnected or reconnected to complete project EXCEPTIONS OR VARIATIONS: The Bidder shall list on a separate document any exceptions or variations from the conditions and/or specifications on this bid Work Location: Otoe County Roads Department 240 N. 30th Road Syracuse, NE. 68446 INTENT OF THE CONTRACT: To furnish and deliver to Otoe County all labor and materials to construct; one Stand-alone wash bay building and the removal, disposal and replacement of the sidewall tin and insulation on the existing Syracuse road Shop building AWARD OF CONTRACT: It is the intent of the County that the contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsible bid on the unit that in the opinion of the County Board of Commissioners best serves the interest of Otoe County Proposals submitted which have not been secured directly from the above offices, shall be rejected.
