Scope - Seminole County Leisure Services is seeking bids to perform trail edge repair on all Seminole County Trails. This project will include however is not limited to sod replacement, clean fill dirt, concrete work, road replacement and asphalt repair. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $328,750.00 Bid Security shall be made payable to COUNTY, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid and in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of these Bid Documents.
