Reference Number 0000342585 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/21/2024 02:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions which arise during the Bid preparation period regarding issues around this Solicitation, purchasing and/or award should be directed, via e-mail, to Miyisha Wall, Contract Specialist II, Purchasing Division, Adams County, mwall@adcogov.org. The Program is improving the County's paved streets that have been identified as priorities for rehabilitation. The Program is a significant street maintenance program with approximately 94 lane miles in unincorporated Adams County. Term of Agreement: The term of this agreement is for 150 calendar days after the "Notice to Proceed" is given. with the option of an one year renewal. Failure to complete the program by this date, or an extended date approved by the County, will result in liquidated damages being assessed. A 5% Bid Bond is required for Construction Projects over $50,000 at the time of bid submittal. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract value, will be required at time of contract execution, or as otherwise defined in the Specifications/Scope of Work. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities, and the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
