Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and swimming pool.
Description: The Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking bids to completely remove the locker, shower, and toilet rooms adjacent to the swimming pool. The new work includes a small addition to accommodate two separate locker rooms with accessible toilet and shower rooms, renovated offices with accessible staff toilet and shower rooms, five new assisted adult changing and bathing rooms. The laundry room will be relocated and enlarged. Air conditioning will be provided in the offices and adult changing rooms. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical shall be provided throughout the renovated areas. The project is subject to prevailing wages and Franklin County Quality Contracting Standards.
