Saving Project...

Demolition and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lasalle, Quebec. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.

Conversion of a former Borough Hall named Maison Brunning into a building with a cultural vocation in order to perpetuate the activities linked to the Moulin Flemming historic site and its country theatre. The new centre will also be used as an archive and historical research centre and as a place of transmission of traditions. It will be a place of artistic creation dedicated to the expression of talents. The project provides for the complete restoration of the building including the envelope, interior fittings according to the established needs. The project will be LEED Silver certified. TIMELINE: General contractor was awarded following public tender 794858. Note. Consultant WSP is also repsonsible for LEED certification of the project.
