Construction services for the repair and replacement of boardwalk decking and structures including associated piling work where necessary. Construction will include various types of decks throughout the City of Boca Raton comprised of pressure treated material, Ipe (also known as Brazilian hardwood) decking and composite materials. All decking projects are required to be ADA compliant. The work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the as needed repairs and replacement of decking throughout facilities owned by the City of Boca Raton. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an original surety company bid bond for the Bidder, issued by a surety authorized to transact business in Florida, or certified check, drawn upon any State or National bank in Florida made payable to the City of Boca Raton, which shall be in an amount of $100,000.00. The term contract will be a five (5) year initial term, with three (3) one-year renewals options. The City will issue separate Work Orders for each individual project on an as-needed basis. The City reserves the unqualified right, in the City's sole and absolute discretion, to reject any and all Bids, to re advertise and resolicit Bids for this project,
