The District of Sparwood invites consulting engineering firm to submit a proposal for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for the District of Sparwood for a 3-year period as set out in the Request for Proposal. The successful consultant will be expected to become familiar with the District of Sparwood's policies/procedures, organizational structure and operating/software systems. In addition, the consultant firm will become familiar with the District of Sparwood's infrastructure, master plans and strategies. The consultant will be available on an on-call basis to address any engineering consulting requirements the District of Sparwood may have throughout the term of the Master Standing Offer Agreement.
