Reference Number 0000342440 Installation of new playfield including new turf, trees, plants, irrigation, grading, drainage system including catch basins and retention system, concrete paving swales and curbing, decomposed granite, electrical for new landscape timer. Electrical work will include running new conduits underground and data tie into existing IDF. The Contract Time is 60 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated Damages shall be $500.00 per day for every calendar day after Substantial Completion.
