The Project shall consist of a New Storm Shelter/Operations Center/Fire Station including minimal site work and shall be constructed per the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Keleher Architects and Bid Book prepared by (CM) Construction Manager, Mcanaw Construction and shall consist of furnishing materials and labor to construct the project. Bids Will Be Taken Under Review/studied for Recommendations to the Owner. Bids Received After This Time or More Than (96) Ninety-six Hours Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, Before the Official Stated Time Set for the Opening of the Bids Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned Unopened. No Bids May Be Submitted, Changed, or Withdrawn Within 30 Days After the Time of the Opening of the Bids. Pursuant to Title 61 "Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974". Subcontractors Are Required to Bond Their Portion of the Work if the Subcontractor's Bid is Over $50,000. Mcanaw Construction Company and the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Formalities or Irregularities in Any Bid and to Determine and Select the Lowest and Best Bid Which Seems Most Advantageous to the Owner.
