Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one-hundred percent Performance Bond upon award of the bid. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than July 31, 2024. The Board of Control of the City of Wilmington reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids. The EAST MAIN STREET STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT includes replacement and reconstruction of storm sewer pipe and catch basins at the intersection of East Main Street and Grant Street in Wilmington, Ohio. Two curb ramps will be replaced with the project and reconstructed to meet current ADA requirements. Portions of sidewalk may need to be rebuilt to ensure ADA requirements are met.
