Engineer's Estimate: $520,000 2024 Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Program. The City of Miamisburg, Ohio Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities, and Further, Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bids or Parts of Bids Which It Deems to Best Serve. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name of the Party or Parties Submitting the Proposal and All Persons Interested Therein. The Owner Intends and Requires That This Project Be Completed No Later Than September 30, 2024. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County, Ohio, as Determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Work Includes: Removal and Replacement of Deteriorated Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, and Drive Aprons. Bids Can Only Be Submitted Through the Bid Express Website.
