Demolition, asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 90,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

Salem Civic Center seismic upgrade to the approximately 90,000 SF building while prioritizing three project goals/promises identified in the City of Salem Safety and Livability Community Improvement bond measure and within the approved project budget. Overall Project Goals Goal 1: Resilient, Safe + Secure Goal 2: Inviting + Accessible Goal 3: A 21st Century Workplace The Work shall require a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond from the DB. All construction completed as a part of this Project will be subject to the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Prevailing Wage requirements. Any change to the wage rates that is made prior to execution of the Design Build (DB) agreement will be in effect for the duration of the Project. The DB agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.
