Collin College is seeking sealed responses from qualified third-party Roofing and Waterproofing Consulting Services firms to provide third-party roofing and waterproofing services for new construction projects and existing campuses and facilities. Question Deadline 02/19/2024 at 12:00 PM CT The District's e-bidding system allows for the submission of questions to the buyer handling this solicitation. This is the preferred method of communicating questions related to the solicitation. All vendors invited to participate in the solicitation or respond to the solicitation will receive notice of any questions and answers submitted through the e-bidding system. The identity of the bidder submitting the question(s) is not viewable by other bidders. Bids $25,000 or more - Labor and Material Payment Bond - bond amount to be one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. Bids of $100,000 or more - Performance Bond - bond amount to be one hundred percent (100%) of total contract price. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or parts of submittals and to award based on the best overall value submitted to the District with consideration given to price and capability to perform in accordance with the standard business practices and requirements of the solicitation. The District reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities in the solicitation process deemed to be in the best interests of the District.
