Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Construction began in May 2024 and all trades are let. Completion is scheduled for mid October 2024. The project consists of: Demolition & construction of existing restrooms from a gendered layout into a general use type layout. Anticipated trades required are selective demolition, CIP concrete, insulation, singly-ply roofing, doors, frames & hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, epoxy flooring, painting, signage, toilet accessories, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Approximate budget for construction is $6,000,000. Bid documents are anticipated March 2024 for qualified subcontractors.
