The Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to perform services under this Agreement and as described herein. It is the intent of Boulder Valley School District to select those fire sprinkler system vendors who are capable of successfully executing services for the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the fire sprinklers systems. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract to provide the services as described in this RFQ for a period of five years with potential option(s) to renew for four additional one- year periods, at the District sole discretion. At the time of renewal, the District will negotiate requests for changes to rates subject to Consumer Pricing Index (CPI). The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in responses received.
