Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Bagley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Clearwater County Treasurer for at least five percent of the amount of the bid. The Clearwater County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects or irregularities therein which may be in the best interest of the County of Clearwater. The major quantities of work are as follows: Remove existing Bridge L1669 and replace with 16' x 7' RC Box Culvert Class 1 - 36 Linear Feet of pipe, Granular Backfill - 825 Cubic Yards, Aggregate Surfacing class 1 -120 Tons & Turf establishment lump sum. Work shall be completed by November 15, 2024. ***Document Note: Electronic copies of the plans, proposals and specifications will be available for free online. Hard copies will have a non-refundable charge of $40.00 for each set (One set includes all plans).
