No definite date for the rebid.** Furnish and install rapid response apparatus bay door at Fire Station No. 2. - The project includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals as required to construct fabricate and install a bay door replacement. This includes removal and disposal of the existing door, track and mounting hardware as well as purchase and installation of like replacement. All work must be performed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications for this project. Failure to possess such license shall render the bid non-responsive and bar the award of the contract to that non-responsive Bidder. The successful Contractor and his/her subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the City of Placentia. Business License Certificate: The successful bidder shall obtain a City of Placentia Business License, if bidder does not already hold a current license. Liquidated Damages 1,000 Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Completion- 30working days.
