no award The Project includes the following Work: Installation of 40 feet of 10' diameter, 12 gauge culvert at 1200 West on Salt Creek, and 60 feet of 10' diameter, 12 gauge culvert on Dale Sperry Lane west of Nephi. Additional work includes concrete wing walls, apron and cutoff walls, backfill and untreated base course. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $250,000. The Project has an expected duration of 75 days. Questions shall be submitted to Lyndon Friant by February 22nd, 2024, by 5:00 PM email to l.friant@jonesanddemille.com. Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will not be held. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
