The City hereby provides notice to all Respondents of the imposition of a Cone of Silence for this solicitation, as set forth in Section 8A-7 of the City Code. "Cone of Silence," as used herein, means a prohibition on communication regarding a competitive solicitation such as a request for proposal, request for qualification, request for information or request/invitation for bid between a potential vendor, service provider, proposer or Respondent, or agent, representative, lobbyist or consultant for the potential Respondent; and (i) members of the City commission; (ii) the City's professional staff; or (iii) any member of the City's selection, evaluation or negotiation committee.
