Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

As of November 13, 2024, project is continuing in the design phase until mid-summer 2025. Contractors involved are those who submitted initial budget numbers and who have Dept of Defense experience. Description: This project renovates B2480 interior and HVAC systems to meet C4F needs for a Maritime Operation Center and Headquarters. Special construction features include AT/FP measures with Secret and Top Secret areas within the building. Site improvements and exterior improvements are Construction - New Footprint. These improvements include a mechanical room addition, distinguished visitor entry, and AT/FP exterior barriers. Project will include special electronic shielding and audiovisual equipment to meet C4F mission requirements. Some documents are protected/controlled and not available for download.
