The award of this bid will be made based at the sole discretion of the City of Franklin, Kentucky while considering the evaluated bid price as permitted in KRS 424.260. Respondents are to submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope. The Respondent is to clearly mark the sealed bid with the bid number and description list above. Make sure the shipping envelope has the bid number listed clearly on the outside as well. The City of Franklin, Kentucky is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed bid not properly addressed or identified.
