The Port of Brownsville is seeking Proposals for the supply and replacement of approximately 5,426 sq ft of flooring located at 2993 N Indiana Ave Suite B. The facility will be occupied throughout the entire project thus work will need to be done in phases. The Port is requesting vendors to propose multiple solutions including alternative floor covering options, and resolutions to the floor leveling and moisture issues. Please include a detailed plan of action and warranty information.
