Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Willmar, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 660 Cu Yd Common Excavation (P) 620 Cu Yd Aggregate Base (Cv) 320 Ton Bituminous Surfacing 100 Lin Ft B618 Curb & Gutter 690 Sq Ft Concrete Walk 1600 Sq Yd Turf Establishment 520 Lin Ft 4" Striping The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of the parking lot and path. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Concrete walk construction. 4. Concrete curbing construction. 5. Bituminous parking lot and path construction. 6. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 7. Traffic Control. 8. Other miscellaneous work shown on the plans or specified herein. Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. This Project is Subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by 10/4/2024 Question Deadline 02/28/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
