The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Electrical, and Mechanical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Removal of existing and installation of new exterior window units. 2.) Removal of existing and installation of new exterior aluminum entrance systems. 3.) Removal of existing and installation of new exterior hollow metal door assemblies. 4.) Repair of existing brick masonry including replacement of existing steel lintels for exterior openings. 5.) Tuck pointing of exterior brick masonry and stone window sills and panels. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 1, 2019 for construction of window replacement; lintel and exterior masonry repair, and tuckpointing. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $350,000 or greater.
