**As of April 5, 2024, the project was awarded to Springhill Construction, LLC., but the awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000342646 A new 7,040 square foot Pre-Engineered metal building with 3 open bays for Fire and EMD vehicles and equipment. Two bays will be finished for fire and EMD employee training. Finishes to include painted gypsum board walls, acoustical ceiling tile in the training and bathroom spaces. A four inch rubber base to be included in all finished spaces. The vehicle storage area will have exposed structure an 8'-0" 3/4 " plywood wainscot to be provided throughout bay area. A four inch reinforced concrete slab for the training areas and a six inch reinforced concrete slab in the bay area. All concrete to be sealed with flat finish sealer. Plumbing to include but not limited to a sloped floor drain in the bay area. Two hose bibs on the exterior of the building. Bath room will have a 3'X3' Barrier Free Shower Unit, one water closet, one urinal and one wall mounted sink and one floor drain with toilet partitions and toilet accessories. The Janitors Closet will include a mop sink and water heater with a floor clean-out. Mechanical to include but is not limited to three split system heat pumps with insulated duct work and supply and return diffusers. Four gas radiant heaters will be installed in the bay area. Electrical is to include but is not limited to High Bay LED Lights in the bay area, 2'x4' lay in LED lights in the office and training areas with linear led lights in the EMD Storage area. Exist lights and emergency lights are also included.
