Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a day care center; multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Construction of the Carillon Building project. This project with a mixed vocation of affordable and community housing, through the construction of a building including , in particular, 30 rental units, a community space (+-220 m2), an early childhood center with 84 places including a nursery with 10 places (CPE La Butte a Moineaux) and a multifunctional room (+-700 m2), parking for 25 exterior spaces and 40 interior spaces and an exterior bicycle storage shelter as described in the attached documents. The building will be located at the corner of Saint-Vallier Street West and Carillon Street on lot #5 343 416, in the Borough of La Cite-Limoilou in Quebec. The site has strong historical potential. The supplier must therefore plan to work closely with the City's archaeologists and heritage advisors . If applicable, the supplier must design the project in such a way as to minimize as much as possible the interventions that could affect the archaeological remains. Project 2023-276 / ACL-03144). TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a full team of architectural, civil, structural, telecommunication, mechanical and electrical engineering professional consultants for design and construction work surveillance. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2024. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
