Jubilee Residences Inc. (JRI) is a provider of long-term care and seniors housing in Saskatoon and while it currently operates two long-term care homes and 260 housing units for seniors and family housing, it intends to respond to community need by developing a new 36-unit affordable apartment building. The focus of the JRI Parcel C Affordable Housing Unit project is to provide accessible and reasonably priced housing options for individuals and families with limited financial capacity while addressing the need for affordable housing within Saskatoon. The project scope involves the construction of a three or four-storey apartment building, comprised of six or eight two-bedroom (corner units) and 28- 30 one-bedroom units. Jubilee Residences Inc. (the Owner) is seeking a design-builder to design and construct JRI Parcel C Affordable Housing Units (the Project) using a Design-Build (DB) contracting method. JRI, known for its provision of long-term care and seniors housing in Saskatoon, currently operates two long-term care homes and manages 260 housing units for seniors and families. In response to community need, JRI aims to introduce a new 36-unit affordable apartment building as part of its commitment to providing accessible and affordably priced housing options for individuals and families with limited financial capacity.
