Reference Number 0000264392 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/14 03:00:00 PM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/02/14 12:00:00 PM EST The Ontario Place Site Services Renewal Project ("OPSS") is a replacement and renewal of site services in anticipation of Infrastructure Ontario's ("IO") ambition to revitalize Ontario Place which is located Southwest of downtown Toronto on the waterfront of Lake Ontario. The scope includes decommissioning and removal of out-of-date services and installation of new site services which will add both capacity and redundancy to the site. The Scope of this package encompasses the removal and/or relocation of all services/utilities, both wet & dry to enable piling works. For clarity the utilities include watermain, storm, force main, hydro, telecommunication, sanitary, gas, etc. Removal and/or relocation of services to facilitate the piling works for the substations and sanitary pumping stations. The area taken into consideration is 1m offset from the perimeter of the substations' pad mounts and sanitary pumping stations caisson walls. The anticipated dimension of the caisson wall is 16m x 8m. Removal of hard surfaces and excavation, where required, to the required elevation to execute the required scope. The right to reject any or all bids or to accept any Bid as most satisfactory in the opinion of the Construction Manager is expressly reserved by the Construction Manager without liability on the part of themselves, the Consultants or the Owner.
