Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance and Replacement for the Broward County Water and Wastewater Operations Division and various other Broward County agencies that may have need of these services and products in accordance to the Specifications and Requirements herein. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. This is a Living Wage Service Contract - refer to Living Wage Ordinance Requirements section for additional information. Additional Offer Field: Line items include an offer field for "Percentage of Price Attributed to Labor Portion of Service". Vendor is instructed to provide the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of this service line. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess the specified licenses at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Ownership Disclosure: Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors. This is for informational purposes only and the data will be used for Broward County's research on possible contracting opportunity disparities. The forms will be maintained separately from all other records of this solicitation and will be accessible only by authorized personnel. The information provided will not be used in determining whether the Vendor will receive a contract award. In accordance with Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, the County may not request documentation or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor or give preference to a vendor based on the vendor's social, political, or ideological interests. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda).
