water treatment services and conduct chemical analysis for heating and cooling systems at various Town facilities. As part of the Contract Work, as requested by the Town, the Contractor shall be required to conduct the maintenance, inspections and services as set out below and as required pursuant to the Contract Documents. The Town has the right to postpone or remove any of the tasks set out below from the Work if deemed by the Town to be unnecessary or if a task cannot be performed, as determined by the Town. The Contractor shall not be entitled to and shall not have a claim for any compensation or damages by reason of any task being postponed or removed by the Town.
