The Township of Perth South is requesting quotations for Lawn and Landscape Maintenance in St. Pauls at the Downie Optimist Park, Baseball & Soccer Fields, and Municipal Buildings for the 2024 Season, in accordance with specifications and information as available through the Township. Debris pick-up off grassed areas with cut and trim on a weekly basis or as required 1. All soccer fields South & East of the Optimist Hall, trimming around all soccer nets; 2. Lawn area around the Optimist Hall; 3. The ballpark areas, including both sides of fencing, extending out to Perth Line 20; 4. Cut & Trim around the playground area. 5. Lawn areas around the Municipal Buildings located at 3191, 3193 & 3204, Road 122. 6. Roadside ditch on west side of Road 122 across from Municipal Office between laneways for house numbers 3192 and 3176 Landscaping/Garden Services for the Municipal Offices located at 3191 and 3204 Rd 122 and the Wouter Memorial Garden, located east of the playground in the Downie Optimist Park, in St. Pauls. This would be for a 6 month period from approximately May 15 - November 15, 2024. This service would include monthly weeding of all planted areas around the office buildings. Trim shrubs as required, flowerbed care, fertilizing, spring and fall clean-up and winterizing of plants where required. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with the Township of Perth South within ten days after being notified by the Township of the acceptance of his/her Quotation. Work on this contract will be in cooperation with the Township of Perth South and the contractor shall commence after being notified by the Township This is an ongoing contract for the duration of the 2024 growing season. The completion of required tasks are to be done in a timely fashion during appropriate weather and times. Lowest or any Tender Not Necessarily Accepted.
