The Owner, the School Board of South Glens Falls School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the work at the South Glens Falls Central School District 2023 Capital Outlay Project. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT as follows: Contract No. 01- General Construction Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, the Owner being exempt there from. Bid documents info : Checks are to be payable to South Glens Falls Central School District for printed hard copy documents. Electronic copies of documents are available for a charge of $30.00. Electronic copy of documents is payable directly to Dataflow, Inc. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Bid Security and Assurance of Completion will be required as per the Instructions to Bidders. Pre-bid meeting info : Use this page to verify identification as a Bidder. Attendance at this meeting is recommended as the Owner, Architect and consultants will be present to discuss the Project. Any questions that arise, that will modify the documents, will be issued to all bidders via Addendum. The Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment.
